How to Start a Return

1. Contact Us – Email hello@onceagainhome.com or visit our contact page.

2. Receive a Prepaid Label – We’ll send you a shipping label and return instructions.

3. Send It Back – Ship the item in its original packaging.

🔹 Refunds – Please allow up to 7 days for us to process your return. Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.

🔹Exchanges – Replacement items ship once we receive your return. A flat shipping fee of $6.95 will be applied.

Damaged or Defective Items?

Final Sale Items

• Outlet & gift cards and international ordersare final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

• Outlet pricingapplies only to purchases made during the outlet event and cannot be applied retroactively to prior orders.

Gift Purchases

We are unable to credit the gift recipient's credit card account; we can only offer an exchange or a gift card. We can only issue returns within 30 days and with proof of purchase from our website.
