Free Returns
We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Return shipping is on us. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Returns are available for purchases made on onceagainhome.com only.
How to Start a Return
- Email hello@onceagainhome.com or visit our contact page.
- We'll send a prepaid label and return instructions.
- Ship the item back in its original packaging.
Refunds
Please allow up to 7 days for us to process your return. Your bank or card company may take additional time to post the refund.
Exchanges
Want a different pattern or color? Exchanges are available within 30 days of delivery. A flat $6.95 exchange fee covers your return label and shipping on your new item. Your replacement ships once we receive your return. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. One exchange per order.
Quality concerns: Used an item and it's not performing the way it should? Reach out to us. We'll review it and make it right.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We'll make it right, at no cost to you. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away at hello@onceagainhome.com or 1-833-800-6623. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, and shipping is free both ways.
Final Sale Items
Gift Purchases
We are unable to credit the gift recipient's credit card account; we can offer an exchange or a gift card instead. We issue returns within 30 days with proof of purchase from our website.
