Your rewards can be used towards outlet items and during sales, but they cannot be combined with any other discount code.

Only one reward can be redeemed per order. Rewards are available with a maximum discount of $20 per order. If you have created a reward coupon but need to cancel it, please email us at hello@onceagainhome.com.

To qualify for free shipping, your subtotal must be $60 after rewards are applied. Rewards reduce your product total and do not count toward the $60 minimum. They also cannot be applied to shipping fees.

Your cart must include at least the reward amount in product value (before tax and shipping). For example, to use a $10 reward, you must have at least $10 worth of products in your cart.

Reward dollars expire 12 months from the date of issue. Expired rewards cannot be reinstated.

If you return an item bought with rewards, the reward amount will be re-credited to your account.
